  • If a booking is cancelled by us due to vehicle unavailability or operational issues, a full refund will be processed.

3. No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to report at the pickup location at the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show and no refund will be applicable.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 5–7 working days. The actual time taken to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Partially used services
  • Cancellations due to customer delay or incorrect booking details
6. Force Majeure

Puravcab Travels shall not be responsible for refunds in case of delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, traffic disruptions, or government restrictions.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • Advance booking is recommended for airport and outstation trips.
2. Cab Usage
  • Cabs are provided only for the agreed route and duration.
  • Any changes in route or trip plan may result in additional charges.
  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
3. Pricing & Payments
  • Cab charges depend on distance, duration, cab type, and travel route.
  • Toll, parking, state taxes, and driver allowance are extra unless specified.
  • Payment can be made in cash, UPI, or other agreed methods.
